To be considered for membership into The Recipe ReDux, your blog must be primarily recipe-focused with an emphasis on healthy food preparation. All blogs will be checked to verify that any nutrition advice, instruction, references or recommendations posted are based on scientific, peer-reviewed research. Blogs that do not conform to these standards will not be approved for membership.

If your blog meets these requirements, you are passionate about cooking deliciously healthy food and you’ve reviewed the FAQ section,  click here to apply for membership. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on participating in The Recipe ReDux. You do not have to be a registered dietitian to join, but please be zealous for creating whole food-based recipes prepared in good taste and good health.
